NYBC Safety Manual: “Improving Bicycling and Pedestrian Safety”, is a problem-solving manual developed by NYBC. It is aimed at both advocates and transportation professionals, with applications throughout New York State and beyond. You may download the entire manual or look at individual chapters.
NYBC Complete Streets Training: NYBC offers a one-day training that brings together community stakeholders such as elected officials, public works officials, bicyclists, walkers, advocates for the disabled and transit riders. Instructors will provide curriculum related to complete streets policies and implementation. Participants will work together to frame solutions for local road way challenges that impede travel by all users of the road.
