OFFICIAL RULES
1. All current members (new & renewing) are automatically entered in the Giveaway.

2. To enter our 2009 Bike Giveaway, simply join or renew your membership between April 1, 2009 and September 30, 2009.

3. Winner will be selected by random drawing from all entries received. Decisions of judges are final. Winner will be notified by mail and phone, and will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, which must be returned within 14 days of date of notification or alternate winner will be selected. If prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable or affidavit is not returned within the time period, prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. NYBC reserves the right to provide for a substitute prize (or prizes) of equivalent value if any of the prizes cannot be delivered. Delivery arrangements are the responsibility of the winner. Entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity or promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission, except were prohibited by law. Winner will be announced in NYBC’s Fall 2009 Newsletter and on our website. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

4. Giveaway open to U.S. residents 21 years of age or older. NYBC employees, Board Members, and their families are not eligible. Offer void in Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law.
